Doucet BTWB3 Return Conveyor for Wide Belt Sanders

Description

The BTWB3 Return Conveyor is built around a modular frame and is available in five roller length models (BTWB3-24 / 30 / 36 / 48 / 60), designed to provide flexibility and adaptability for a wide range of production needs. Its receiving rollers feature a down-stroke mechanism activated by the trailing end of exiting panels, while transfer belts nested between the rollers side-shift panels to motorized return rollers. Once panels clear the reception area, the receiving rollers return to the upper position, ready for the next panel. The standard receiving and return conveyor lengths are 5’ and 15’, with both sets of rollers extendable to suit specific applications. Optional features include automatic height adjustment, allowing a 2” pass height adjustment to match sander table height, and the STWB staging table, which enables the operator to stage multiple parts at once for a smoother workflow.
