Xtra-Sharp X-Blade Multi Rip Saw

Description

This high-throughput, heavy-duty multirip saw rips wood into multiple pieces with multiple blades, producing straight and smooth edges in a single step while maintaining excellent machining stability in production. Built with a robust welded-steel frame, it features a precision saw arbor for clean cutting and an eccentric spindle design for accurate adjustments. Powered by a 40 HP belt-drive motor (SJ-120) or 50 HP belt-drive motor (SJ-150/170) with 2 HP/3 HP variable feeding speeds, the machine includes a 300 mm cast-iron chain conveyor with pressure plates and four rollers to keep material aligned, supported by automatic lubrication. Operator safety is ensured with CE-certified guards, a locking system for the saw-blade access door, an electrical cabinet with safety module and power lock, and three anti-kickback fingers on the top and bottom of the cutting path, delivering a powerful, precise, and secure solution for high-volume multirip cutting.
