Description

The Xtra-Sharp ShortCut Multi Rip Saw is engineered to rip wood into multiple pieces in a single pass, producing straight, smooth edges with excellent machining stability for continuous production. Its robust welded-steel frame and precision saw arbor ensure clean, accurate cutting, while the eccentric spindle design allows precise adjustments. The machine is powered by a 40 HP belt-drive motor (SJ-120) or 50 HP belt-drive motor (SJ-150/170) with 2 HP/3 HP variable-speed feeding, and features a 300 mm cast-iron chain conveyor with pressure plates and four rollers to maintain material alignment, supported by automatic lubrication. Operator safety is prioritized with CE-certified guards, a locking system for the saw-blade access door, an electrical cabinet with safety module and power lock, and three anti-kickback fingers on the top and bottom of the cutting path, making the ShortCut a powerful, precise, and secure solution for high-quality multirip cutting.
