The Xtra-Sharp FasTrack MultiRip Saw is engineered for high-performance ripping, cutting wood into multiple straight, smooth strips in a single step with fast setup and excellent accuracy. Built on a robust welded-steel frame with a precision saw-bench elevation design, it offers advanced safety through CE guards, a locking access cover, an electrical cabinet with safety module and power lock, and four anti-kickback fingers. Its Lock & Spin and Move & Spin systems provide precision arbor configurations—from fixed-blade layouts with mechanical locks to servo-driven movable blades—each equipped with rotary or synchronized laser alignment for quick, accurate blade positioning. Powered by a 30 HP or 40 HP belt-drive motor and a 2 HP inverter-controlled feed system, the machine uses a 340 mm cast-iron chain conveyor, six pressure rollers, and automatic lubrication to keep material stable and perfectly aligned, delivering reliable, high-quality multirip performance.
