The Xtra-Sharp Compact SA-12 Straight Line Rip Saw trims wood edges with a single saw, creating straight, smooth edges in one step with perfect accuracy before gluing or jointing. Built for safety and reliability, it includes CE safety guards, a locking system for the blade access door, an electrical cabinet with safety module and power lock, and both top and bottom anti-kickback fingers. Its welded steel frame, rugged cast column with worm-gear system, and bottom saw arbor ensure excellent cutting stability, powered by a 7.5 HP belt-drive spindle motor and a 1 HP variable-speed feed system. A single-chain conveyor with V-shaped cast-iron rails, six pressure rollers, and automatic conveyor lubrication keep material firmly on track, while a manual light fence provides precise edge-ripping capability—making it an ideal machine for producing clean, accurate, and perfectly straight edges.
