The SCM Stefani One is a high-performance single-sided edgebander designed for medium to large scale industries. Unlike the Stefani S, M, or MD, the Stefani One is built for both intensive batch production and batch-1 customization, with dual glue pots and the Glue Switch system for just-in-time color or glue changes, including the AirFusion H+ system for a flawless zero-glue-line finish. Its robust structure and non-deformable transport chain with bearings ensure fast, consistent operation, while seamless integration into edgebanding cells or production lines allows full or semi-automated handling for multi-shift operations. Operators benefit from the unified eye-M console and Maestro Active interface, providing intuitive control and connectivity with line supervision systems, making the Stefani One ideal for industries demanding maximum efficiency, precision, and scalability.
