The SCM Profiset 60 is available in four configurations and offers the option to preset profiling on the top horizontal spindle, delivering flexibility for a wide range of production needs. Designed for operator comfort and safety, all controls are positioned within easy reach, and a conveniently located manual lubrication pump ensures consistently smooth worktable movement. Its optimized feeding system—featuring a gearbox drive with cardan joints, pneumatic pressure on the feed rollers, and an inverter for stepless speed adjustment from 5 to 25 m/min—provides higher productivity and superior finishing quality. The EASY PLUS control system enhances usability and reliability, with intuitive function pushbuttons and electronic control of up to five axes through a 7″ LCD display, offering fast and integrated management of all machine functions for immediate productivity gains and full use of the machine’s capabilities.
