The SCM Profiset 40 delivers reliable 10 mm profiling capacity through its vertical spindles while offering outstanding ergonomics and safety, with all controls positioned at the operator’s fingertips and a conveniently located manual lubrication pump ensuring consistently smooth table movement. Equipped with an idle roller on the outfeed table—typical of higher-end industrial machines—it provides improved feeding and superior finishing results. In the Profiset 40ep version, the machine automatically controls the working sections and features a single push button for sequential motor start, ensuring it is always ready for use. The “Ready” electronic control system makes programming simple and efficient, offering automatic positioning of the left vertical and top horizontal spindles, feed speed programming, manual/semi-automatic/automatic modes, memory for up to 99 programs, plus integrated calculator and hour counter functions for streamlined operation.
