The OMAL Velox 1300 is a numerically controlled horizontal bore, glue, and dowel machine designed to drill, glue, and insert dowels on horizontal panels with exceptional speed and precision, achieving a cycle time of approximately one second per operation on 32 mm intervals. Its user-friendly PLC touch-screen interface allows programs to be written parametrically with intuitive graphical icons, while the “SURE SHOT” dowel insertion revolver, equipped with fiber-optic verification, ensures accurate dowel placement every time. Standard four-panel clamps secure workpieces for stable edge processing, and the integrated width laser sensor automatically measures each part to optimize dowel spacing, streamlining workflow and maximizing productivity for furniture, cabinet, and joinery production.
