Description

The OMAL HBD 1300 1H open‑frame CNC machine is engineered for drilling, gluing and inserting dowels in horizontal panels with a 1300mm (51″) working width. Thanks to its retractable centre and side fences it can handle panels up to 8‑feet long in two cycles, and the OMAL “Sure Shot” revolver system delivers a remarkable cycle time of approximately one second for each drill‑glue‑dowel operation when holes are spaced at 32mm intervals. Automated part measurement via an integrated laser system populates program parameters for width and dowel positioning, while four robust clamps maintain the panel securely for edge or face processing. This machine is designed to keep production fast, reliable and highly accurate.
