SCM Olimpic 500Plus

Description

The SCM Olimpic 500Plus is an automatic edgebander built for medium-sized companies that need higher productivity and broader application capability than the standard Olimpic 500. While both models offer two-radius machining and intuitive touchscreen control, the 500Plus extends versatility with support for EVA, PUR, and hot-air gluing technologies, along with the ability to process solid wood edges up to 12 mm. Its SGP glue pot allows fast glue changeovers, and the machine handles narrow panels down to 60 mm. For enhanced precision and rapid setup, the 500Plus adds NC axes in the HP version, enabling fast, error-free adjustments. Operators benefit from Maestro Active Edge software with 3D panel preview, and productivity is significantly boosted by the optional Fastback 21/25 return device, allowing a single operator to manage the complete edgebanding cycle.
