Description

The SCM Morbidelli X100 is designed for flexible performance and productivity to meet the demands of a market that is increasingly oriented toward batch 1 production. Its Vacuum Management system allows precise control of suction zones during processing, while X-PODs enable machining without removing the spoilboard and allow accurate referencing with a cross-laser system. The Smart Cut algorithm optimizes cutting sequences without affecting nesting efficiency, and its highly modular design lets users configure the machine to suit diverse production needs, regardless of material flow.
