SCM Gabbiani ST

Description

The SCM Gabbiani ST is a single-blade beam saw with PC/PLC control, designed to cut solid wood panels, panel stacks, and derivatives such as chipboard, MDF, multilayer, plywood, and fiber panels. Its selectable air-blowing table, with independently controlled sections, ensures optimal panel sliding and prevents accidental falling of temporarily stored cut panels. The SAW-SET system allows fast and precise electronic tool adjustments for intuitive use and increased productivity. A robust lifting platform running on four large trapezoidal screws guarantees parallel lifting of panel stacks, maximizing load capacity for any material or format and minimizing downtime. The machine’s Maestro Active Cut software provides an intuitive, customizable interface for programming all panel types, managing material and off-cut stocks, and efficiently handling end products, off-cuts, and scraps.
