SCM Formula STR32 and STR62 rustication and brushing machines are versatile, high-performance solutions designed to enhance the natural grain of hardwood or provide smooth, uniform sanding on solid wood, veneered panels, and MDF components. Available in “R” versions equipped with steel and Tynex® brushes for deep rustication, or in “I” versions featuring abrasive insert brushes with inverter-controlled motors for precise surface sanding, they adapt effortlessly to a wide range of finishing needs. Their double machining unit enables the desired finish to be achieved in a single pass, supported by large-diameter extraction hoods that ensure excellent dust removal and a clean working environment. A rubber belt with vertical grooves guarantees superior workpiece adherence, while handwheel-controlled lifting with numerical readout makes machine setup simple, accurate, and user-friendly.
