Its eye‑S console allows seamless integration across a company network with Industry 4.0 preset, sharing of work programs and tool databases, activity monitoring, tele-service, self-diagnosis, and connectivity with the SCM Thundercut optimizer/sequencer app. The machine features double blade tilting, supporting a 550 mm saw blade and 160 mm scoring blade simultaneously for both 90° and ±46° inclined cuts, delivering exceptional performance on veneered panels and solid wood components. The sliding carriage guarantees maximum cut quality over time with arch-ground steel slideways that never require adjustment. For enhanced efficiency and safety, the automatic positioning system of the overhead protection adjusts according to blade height and angle using SCM’s exclusive AP system, streamlining transitions between cuts without manual intervention.
