Celaschi XL is SCM’s high-performance double-end profiling machine purpose-built for timber construction, combining exceptional structural rigidity with advanced technology to deliver reliable precision even in the toughest operating conditions. Engineered to execute all key preparation tasks for CLT walls, it streamlines operations that typically challenge machining centres—completing them in a single pass to dramatically boost productivity and optimize the entire production cycle. Its robust, vibration-free frame and chain transport system ensure flawless stability and accuracy, while four powerful 44 kW electrospindles per side enable deep grooves and rebates on large, dense elements in one smooth operation. An optional sawblade unit further enhances versatility, allowing cross-cuts on panels up to 400 mm thick. With the Maestro active square HMI integrated into the eye-M PRIME touchscreen console, operators gain intuitive, immediate control, minimizing learning time and maximizing efficiency from day one.
