The OMAL HBD 1300 Cube features three numerical control axes, three independent horizontal and vertical drilling units, a piggyback glue injector, and a dowel inserter fed via a hopper system. Its 1300mm working field is divided into four zones for efficient pendulum-style processing, with an open-frame design that includes four retractable reference fences to handle panels up to 8’ in two cycles. The OMAL “Sure Shot” revolver system uses fiber-optic verification to ensure accurate dowel placement every time, while the parametric laser measures panel width automatically. User-friendly features such as Automatic Start and Automatic Area Selection optimize workflow, maximize speed, and simplify operation for high-precision, reliable production.
