Description

With its short design, the ROBA REP double-sided edge profile sanding machine from MB Maschinenbau is ideal for integration into processing lines, but can also be operated as a self-contained sanding line. The ROBA REP is able to handle large workpiece quantities which come from modern CNC-controlled production machines. It features a compact, fully encapsulated body housing left and right double brushes that rotate in both directions to effectively cut wood fibers. A brush head jump control prevents over-rounding of part corners, while automatic up-and-down oscillation maximizes abrasive utilization. The aggregates can be configured perpendicularly or at an angle based on edge contours.
