Description

The Doucet RETYX Intelligent Panel Return Conveyor System is a high-performance panel handling solution featuring a 3-axis vacuum grip manipulator with 40″ vertical and 120″ horizontal travel, plus rotation from –90° to +180°, enabling precise positioning and orientation of panels for their next pass through the edgebander. Panels are moved from the receiving area to the return or stacking zones, with unstacking also possible depending on the selected production mode. The system includes a 9′ receiving conveyor with six motorized belts and infeed arms to interface with the edgebander, a 36″-wide return belt conveyor, a 60″ × 36″ air table with pneumatically controlled up/down movement, and a 24″ × 36″ fixed-height feeding air table, ensuring careful panel handling while maintaining high cycle rates and efficient production flow.
