Description

The Doucet MR Return Conveyor is purpose-built to streamline panel handling for high-speed moulders, allowing a single operator to manage end-to-end spacing efficiently. Its receiving rollers retract once boards exit the moulder, and side‑shifting transfer belts carry the boards to the return rollers. The system supports feed rates up to 80 FPM and features an adjustable ledge on the receiving table to support boards and prevent damage during transfer. With a 48″ receiving table and 12″-wide return rollers, the MR return conveyor ensures continuous, reliable throughput. The return section’s length can be matched to your moulder, and a left‑ or right-side accumulation/stacking table can be added for flexible layout options.
