Doucet BTRS Return Conveyor for Rip Saws

Description

The BTRS Return Conveyor is specially designed for use with Straight Line Rip Saws and Gang Rip Saws, available in three models: BTRS-68, BTRS-70, and BTRS-71. Each model features various widths and lengths of receiving and return rollers to accommodate a wide range of ripping applications. Upon detection of the end of a board, the receiving rollers retract, and transfer belts carry the panel to the return rollers. The receiving and return conveyors are adjustable from 40 to 120 ft/min, while the belt transfer speed is fixed at 180 ft/min. High-quality, individually driven PVC rollers ensure smooth operation, with BTRS-70 including canted return rollers for enhanced handling. The system includes a 5′ long receiving conveyor and a perpendicular belt transfer with vertical movement actuated by a pneumatic cylinder. Additional features include motorized return rollers, customizable configurations, optional extensions for receiving, transfer, and return sections, and quick-release caster mounting for easy repositioning or removal.
